
Tista Sen is a creative leader with over three decades in Indian advertising, known for building some of the country's most beloved brand narratives. She began her career at Whitelight Production before moving to Lowe Lintas, and has spent 22 years at J. Walter Thompson working across Unilever, ITC, Godrej, GSK, Aditya Birla, and Sony, among others. Ranked among the 20 most creative people in Asia, her work has won at Cannes, D&AD, One Show, Clio, and Spikes Asia, including a Grand Prix and Gold for Lost Daughters in 2022. In 2015, she was the only Asian on the inaugural Glass Jury at Cannes. She has since served on juries at Cannes, D&AD, Clio, LIA, Gerety Awards, and The New York Festival. Tista is co-founder of The Collective, a platform advocating for young women in advertising, and is the only Indian published in the Modern Love column of The New York Times.
