Archana Dutta is the Founder of SecondAct, a coaching and facilitation practice helping mid-career professionals navigate reinvention. She brings to her roles a 28-year career spanning two global institutions, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Lufthansa, and the conviction that the most powerful chapters in a career are often the ones written after the first act ends. At SecondAct, Archana coaches individuals, particularly women, who are at career inflection points: questioning direction, re-entering the workforce, pivoting industries, or seeking greater alignment between their professional lives and who they have become. Her approach draws on deep corporate experience and genuine empathy from having navigated major transitions herself. Her podcast, 'Discover Your SecondAct,' has featured over 130 guests across industries and life stages, one of India's more substantive longform conversations on career reinvention, purpose, and the second half of working life. Archana is also the founder of Pedal On, a social enterprise that creates eco-friendly products made by underprivileged women, providing livelihood and dignity to over 10,000 beneficiaries. As a facilitator, she works with organisations including Harappa Education and Jombay, designing programmes on leadership, communication, and personal effectiveness. She speaks with authority on career transitions, second innings, women's leadership, and the intersection of purpose and profession and brings a rare combination of corporate depth, social commitment, and coaching expertise to every stage she steps onto.
